The fact that I can pull in metrics from probably twelve different sources and then look at them all together in one screen (instead of having to make a new spreadsheet each morning) has saved me a ton of time. The data explorer is super-easy to flip through and I’ve even started making real-time queries directly from the dashboard settings screen; this has definitely saved me some time. Noisy in here today so I’m getting lost easily, but yes – the customization is great and as long as you’re tracking either numbers or graphs based on your needs, they don’t make you use only one layout. The P.L.T.V. Model stuff took me way too long to figure out. And like, there isn’t an obvious place to start, you sorta just mess around until something clicks and also, the benchmark setup is okay, but I think it could be 2 fewer steps. Petty complaint, but the default colors on all the graphs are awful, and I end up changing them all the time. Support answers very quickly, which is good, however - sometimes the response is “go check the Docs”, and the Docs… are a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
